We started week 10 of our Body-for-Life program and it seems I've hit a plateau, the weight is no longer melting, in fact based on my belt I might have added some. Not sure what's going on, nothing has changed, I'm still working out 6 days a week and watching everything we eat. I think my body is confused, it wants to go back to the old me and I won't allow it.
I started reading a new book by the same author, it is called Transformation: The Mindset You Need, The Body You Want. The Life You Deserve. Search for it on Amazon. It is a good book and basically it wants you healthier, happier and more alive. I never thought I would be reading self help books in my 30's but look at me now. I admit, I enjoy learning new things and perhaps this book can help me change. I need to change and grow up but change can be hard. I miss going out to bars, drinking and smoking, waking up with a hangover and going for some fast food. I miss the social scene: friends, ladies, expensive clothes. Lately my Saturday nights consist of making dinner at home or going to bed at 10!
Anyone else trying to grow up or I'm the only one? LOL
Don't worry, this is the last post about me, I need to focus on debt, now that's a crisis I really need to tackle, we are close to $8,000 in credit card debt again...

I have a feeling that the investment you're making in yourself will pay off on your finances as well. Work on both and I'm sure you'll achieve your goals.
